Amarillo
Amarillo has a sweet citrus flavor and aroma that is closer to oranges than grapefruit. The citrus character is backed by some light floral notes as well as melon and peaches.
Azacca
Azacca is big in alpha acids and has a bright and refreshing aroma with juicy mango, tropical fruits, and citrus.
BRU-1
BRU-1 has sweet fruit aroma often described as pineapple. When used as a whirlpool or dry hop addition, BRU-1 delivers the aroma of fresh-cut pineapple and green fruits. It paits well with other hops creating layers of fruit flavor. BRU-1 has been shown to improve haze stability in certain hazy styles.
Cascade
Cascade is a dual-purpose hop that can be used in all hop additions throughout the brewing process. It is known for its citrus, and more specifically grapefruit flavor, it can also impart floral and spicy characteristics.
Cashmere
Cashmere is described as delicate, but bold with aromas of lemon and lime, melon, peach, and tangerine. Secondary notes include coconut, lemongrass, and candied fruit and some sense pineapple notes.
