Naming

The naming of Amarillo ® VGXP01 came from the fact that the plant’s bines and leaves are yellowish in its young, vegetative growth and turns green as it matures. It is very yellow in the inside, with lupulin producing very bright, citrus and floral hop notes.  Amarillo is the word for yellow in Spanish representing all things bright.
