I’m in Ikaria now and have been tasting the brew for a couple of days before kegging and man! I can’t get over how well it turned out…I’ve decided not to even dry hop at all because it’s so damn tasty as it is! Loads of mango/papaya/watermelon like character in the aroma, and orange citrus and life-savors candy flavors…
Definitely gonna have to stock up on the Idaho Gem and YQH-1320…delicious combination.
Gonna call the beer “Sawtooth Gem” ..from the Sawtooth mountain range in Idaho…
