A West Coast IPA of 6.8º that had an amber color, with a translucent appearance with a firm and creamy foam. The fresh aromas of citrus (lime, orange) and fruit (melon, mango) stand out. In the mouth, you can appreciate the flavors of tropical fruits and citrus with an intense resinous, herbal and dry flavor at the end.
Brewed with Zeus and Amarillo hops for bittering and hot side. Followed by Azacca, Cashmere, Amarillo and Zeus dry hop.
Honored to have made this beer and have it named by Espiga as “Carson the Legend.”
