Origin Story

Idaho 7™ is the first hop release from Jackson Farms just outside of Boise. This is a wonderful hop with great flavor and character, perfect for late additions.

Characteristics

Idaho-7 is known for its citrus and tropical fruit flavors and earthy, citrusy, pine aromas. Often pineapple and melon are components along with black tea.

It is a dual-purpose hop capable of carrying a recipe, but it works best as whirlpool or dry hop in conjunction with other big hops like Citra or Ekuanot or bittering hops like Zeus or Comet.
